BEFORE ORDERING PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS: Please email me several clear, IN FOCUS, photos of the façade of your home. Any specific features or items you want or DO NOT want in the drawing should be specified. Before placing your order, image orientation and size needs to be approved. I will create a preliminary sketch/drawing and email you back the proof for your approval. Please email images to nancy [!at] nsmcreativecorner.com or send through Etsy messaging.
Drawings are done on fine art board (Crescent cold press illustration board) using Alcohol Markers, Micron Pens and Prismacolor and/or Polychromos Colored Pencils. Prices range from $200-$350 depending on image size and amount of detail. Overall standard sizes range from 10 x 8 up to 20 x 16 including a small white border. image size will vary depending on your photos. Priority shipping is available as shipping option. Drawing is ready to mat and frame.
Larger sizes available upon request.
Price is for single unframed, unmatted custom hand drawn portrait (approximate size based on your photo) with acid free backing ready to frame and safely packed for shipping.
All custom portraits will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with additional insurance. I will try to find the least expensive way to ship depending on size of artwork.
